小波分析在振动攻丝扭矩信号滤波中的应用

摘    要:介绍了小波分析理论及小波变换的快速算法 ,讨论了该理论在振动攻丝扭矩采样信号滤波中的应用 ,通过对所获得的扭矩信号进行小波变换 ,将其分解成若干个互不重叠的频带 ,利用阈值量化处理的方法去除噪声 (高频信号 ) ,再将剩余部分进行重构 ,形成了抑制噪声的滤波信号 .实验结果表明 ,该方法对采样信号进行滤波是十分有效的 ,对提高扭矩测量值的计算精度很有利

Abstract:The theory of wavelet analysis and the fast algorithm of wavelet transform is introduced in this paper. The application of this theory to the sample signal processing of vibration tapping torque is discussed here. The signal was decomposed to orthonormal band by wavelet transform. Then the noised part (high frequency) was cancelled by threshold quantity and the remain was reconstructed. The denosing signal was finally accomplished. The experiment results showed that this method was very effective to the sample signal processing. In this way, it is very advantageous for improving calculation precision of the torque measure value.
