| 摘 要： | 以金花梨（Ｐｙｒｕｓ ｐｙｒｉｆｏｌｉａ Ｎａｋ．ｃｖ．Ｊｉｎｇｕａ）试管苗叶片为试材获得了再生不定梢。在培养基ＮＮ６９＋ＢＡ３ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＡＡ０．３ｍｇ／Ｌ＋蔗糖３％上，先暗培养３周后转光下培养，不定梢再生率最高，达１００％。

| Abstract: | Studies with leaves of pear cv.Jinhua showed that the highest regeneration rate accounted for 100% when cultured on the medium with NN69 3mg/L BA 0.3mg/L IAA sucrose 3% in the dark for three weeks, then exposed to light. |
