| Abstract: | Pine pollen possesses many kinds of nutritional and bioactive substances,which turns into one of research fouses.The paper summarizes the nutritional ingredients and wall-broken methods of pine pollen.In addidition,it presented the biological activities researches in the field.Finally,the prospection of pine pollen was visualized. |
