| 摘 要： | 以青苹果和猫眼两个竹芋品种为植物材料,研究庆大霉素、硫酸链霉素、四环素、卡那霉素等4种抗生素对竹芋内生菌的抑制和芽的诱导及生根的影响。结果表明,将庆大霉素作为竹芋组织培养中的抑菌剂效果最好,使用浓度范围控制在500～1000mg·L-1。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of gentamycin, streptomycin sulphate, acheomycin and kanamycin on endophytes inhibition and multiple buds induction and rooting in Calathea rotundifolia cv. Fasciata and C. insignis lancifolia were studied. The results showed that gentamycin was the best bacteriostatic agent using in tissue culture of two varieties and the reasonable concentration with 500～1 000 mg·L-1 should be used. |
