摘    要:本文以面向21世纪的视角,分别从世界、中国和上海三个层面分析并瞻望了农业发展的大趋势和前景。指出世界农业将出现六大趋势:未来农业将成为科技角逐主战场;新兴涉农产业开发前景看好;现代农业将迈向高智能阶段;农业产业化向更高层次发展;农业国际市场竞争愈趋激烈;未来农业将走上持续发展道路。在分析我国国情的基础上,提出以科技、教育、政策为先导,选择集约、可持续、节地型农业现代化道路.并设想发展中国特色未来农业的若干思路。针对上海农业转型升级正面临与当年日本东京都、新加坡相类似的历史性机遇,提出农业产业化、多功能化、高智能化和外向化四个建设方向,并建议采取五条战略措施,以开创都市型现代农业。

Abstract:A general trend and bright future of agriculture in 21th century are analysed at three levels of Shanghai .China and the world .Six trends will be founded in the future agriculture as follows:1. Future agriculture will become a main competition in science and technology. 2. Some new industries about agriculture will have bright future. 3. Modern agriculture will go into a high intelligent stage. 4. Agri -industrilization will be developed to a higher level. 5. Competition in the world agri - market will trend towards intense. 6. Future agriculture is going to grow sustainedly.On basis of analysing the country situation,a intensive .sustained and land-saved farming which depends education, science and technology and the guide of the policy will be developed. Having nearly situation with the one in Tokyo and Singapore in those years,the development of agriculture in Shanghai also faces a history chance. Four construction directions and five important meatures are developed to start the modern urban farming in the paper.
