摘    要:我国橡胶树新种质创新利用进展缓慢,为了深入全面的鉴定橡胶树新种质,加速其利用进程,笔者以RRIM600为对照,采用常规割和乙烯利刺激割制,对我国1986年定植于大田鉴定评价圃的13份橡胶树新种质的干胶含量、干胶产量、排胶初速度、堵塞指数、胶乳硫醇、无机磷、蔗糖及镁离子含量等生理参数进行了测定分析。结果表明:单从胶乳生理特性而言,并不能从参试种质材料中筛选出特别优良的种质供生产中直接利用,且乙烯利刺激割制下参试材料株次干胶产量均不及对照品种,但9、13号种质在乙烯利刺激割制下表现出了较好的胶乳生理状况,显示出了良好的产胶潜力。

Abstract:The utilization of 1981 IRRDB Hevea germplasm was slow in China, so in order to accelerate the progress of characterization and evaluation of rubber tree, an analysis was made to study the physiological response of Amazon Hevea new germplasm on s /2 d/3 &; s/2 d/3+ET1.5% ethephon stimulation tapping system . Thirteen germplasms were determined in terms of physiological parameters such as DRC,yield, initial flow rate, plug index, sucrose, thiol, phosphorus, magnesium with RRIM600 as control. The results showed that 13 Amazonian genotypes displayed very poor profiles in production of latex with the ethephon stimulation tapping system, and it may not be possible to select any useful high latex yielding genotypes for commercial planting only according to the characteristic of latex physiological parameters, but accession 9 and 13 had a higher yield and better latex physiological parameters, suggesting good potential of latex-production.
