| 摘 要： | 采用超声波裂解和超速离心法提取1型、2型、10型与11型鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Ra)的外膜蛋白(Omp),经SDS-PAGE分析,以上4个血清型Ra的Omp均由13～17个蛋白多肽组成,其分子质量大小为20～120 ku,相同血清型的电泳图谱相似,不同血清型的电泳图谱差异较大.交叉免疫印记试验结果表明,4种血清型在44～69 ku有交叉反应的蛋白多肽.

| Abstract: | The outer membrane protein(Omp) from serotype 1,2,10 and 11 of Riemerella antipestifer(Ra) were prepared by ultrasonic cracking and ultracentrifuging. The results of SDS-PAGE showed that the Omp of serotype 1,2,10 and 11 were composed of 13 to 17 protein polypeptides,and the molecular weight of them were from 20 to 100 ku. The SDS-PAGE of same Ra serotype were very similar,but that of distinct serotype were strikingly different. The results of western-blotting showed the main crossing bands of Ra Omp for serotype 1,2,10 and 11 reacted with Ra 1 serum were 44 to 69 ku. |
