| 摘 要： | 目的:考察麻杏粉针平喘作用,并对其作用机理进行初探。方法:通过比较由氨水喷雾所致小鼠的咳嗽次数及咳喘潜伏期的变化,考察该制剂的镇咳作用;采用喷雾致喘法,考察该制剂对豚鼠引喘潜伏期的影响。结果:麻杏粉针与空白对照组比较,镇咳作用显著;低、中、高剂量组(0.05、0.1、0.2 g/kg体重)均可使豚鼠引喘潜伏期明显延长。结论:该制剂镇咳平喘效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the anti-asthma effect of Maxing powder injection and study its preliminary mechanism. Methods： The antitussive effect was evaluated by the experiment on coughing times and the latent period of asthma in mice induced by ammonia water atomization, and its effect on the latent period of asthma in guinea pigs was observed through the method of asthma induced by atomization. The curative effect of Maxing powder injection was estimated by clinical treatment test. Results： 0.05 g/kg, 0.1 g/kg and 0.2 g/kg of Maxing powder could obviously delay the latent period of asthma attack, and the clinical test also showed potent curative effect against coughing and asthma. Conclusion： Maxing powder injection has efficient anti-asthma and antitussive effect. |
