水稻披叶突变体的研究进展

摘    要:水稻披叶突变体最初来源于国际水稻研究所(IRRI)的RGS20及其衍生系,后来又有其他的披叶突变体被发现,该性状受单隐性基因或多隐性基因控制。披叶突变体可作为新的种质资源来加以研发,已选育出的具有披叶性状的不育系,在繁殖、制种过程中能有效降低成本,节约时间,提高制种产量和种子纯度。水稻披叶性状的遗传和基因定位分析正在进行。

Abstract:Rice Droopy leaf mutant first originated from the RGS20 and their s derivations in International Rice Research Institute(IRRI)and later other droopy leave mutants were discovered.The drooping leaf are controlled by a recessive gene or more than two recessive genes.The droopy leaf mutant regarded as new germplasm resources into study.Some researchers selected the sterile lines with drooping leaf trait to reduce costs,save time,raise seed yield and purity effectively in the hybrid rice seed production.Rice dr...
