不同培育措施对云南红豆杉人工幼林生长量的影响

摘    要:自2005年起进行了不同密度、不同基肥和不同遮荫度等措施对云南红豆杉幼树生长的影响及云南红豆杉不同月份紫杉醇含量变化等研究.经多年观测发现:①不同密度对云南红豆杉幼林生长影响较大,较有利于其生长的造林密度为50 m×1 m、0.75 m×0.75 m、0.50 m×0.75 m;②施用不同基肥对云南红豆杉幼林的生长也有较大影响,较有利于其生长的基肥为(牛粪4.8 kg+锯末3 kg)/株、(100 g复合肥+锯末3 kg)/株、碎柴皮1.32 kg/株;③在3种遮阳条件(全光、50%、80%)下,云南红豆杉生长有差异,其中遮荫度为50%的遮阳条件有利于其生长;④云南红豆杉不同月份间紫杉醇含量变化较大,含量最高的为6月份,最低的为12月份.

Abstract:Impacts of measures on growth of Taxus yunnanensis young plantation with different densities,different fertilizer and different shading,and on paclitaxel contain in different months have been analyzed Since 2005.After years of observation the results show that: ① the different density affect the growth of Taxus yunnanensis young plantation differently,more favorable plantaion density to its growth are 50 m × 1 m,0.75 m × 0.75 m,0.50 m × 0.75 m;②different fertilizer has a major impact on the growth of Taxus yunnanensis,more favorable fertilizer for the growth are(4.8 kg cow dung + 3kgsawdust,dung 3 kg) / plant,(100 g fertilizer + sawdust 3 kg) / plant,broken wood 1.32 kg / plant;③ shading under 3 conditions(full light,50%,80%),the growth of taxus yunnanensi are differently in which the degree of 50% shading conditions are favorable for its growth;④ changes of Taxus paclitaxel content in different months are bigger,the highest content of paclitaxe is in June,the lowest is in December.
