我国水果业的发展和几点建议

"七五"以来,我国的水果业迅猛发展,面积和产量成倍增长,品种结构明显优化,基地建设发挥效益,市场供给明显改善。但也存在一些问题,比如不顾条件,盲目发展;经营粗放,效益不高;信息不灵,产销脱节等。今后发展要科学规划,合理布局,加速调整树种和品种结构;加快果树繁育体系的建设;加大适用技术和重大技术的推广力度;减损增效,发展贮藏加工业;强化服务,推进产业化进程。并建议进一步理顺管理体制;增加投入,加强基地建设;适当降低水果农业特产税税率,改革使用办法。

The Fruit Industry Development in China and Some Ideas for the Future

Since the "7th-5-year-plan", the fruit industry has been fast developed, the acreage and output doubled, the variety structure, efficiency of producing bases and market supplies marked improved; but there were some problems existed, just like developing blindly, without attention on the concrete conditions, bad management, low profit and bad linkage between production and marketing. From now on the development must be carried out with a thoughtful plan and a reasonable regionalization, accelerating the readjustment of fruit kinds and variety structure, establishing a good propagation system, strengthening the extesion of applied and advanced technology,developing the modern storage chains and processing industry for a rapid progress of a modern fruit industry. A further improvement of administration system, increasing investment, strengthening the establishment of producing bases, reasonably reducing the spicific tax rate for agricultural produces and improving its utilization should be also considered.
