以莆田市为例 ,针对沿海城市防护林资源现状 ,提出防灾减灾的对策。即以调节气候、防灾减灾为目标 ,以沿海城市生态环境建设为中心 ,保护、培育和扩大沿海城市防护林为重点 ,发挥防护林的多功能效益 ,建立森林防灾减灾的新机制和建设沿海城市防护林综合防御体系

The Benefit Analysis of the Natural Calamity Prevention and Reduction of Coastal Urban Protective Forests

Aimed at the present situation of coastal urban protective forest resources,the countermeasures for their natural calamity prevention and reduction have been put forward,taking Putian City as an example,i.e.taking the climate adjustment and the natural calamity prevention and reduction as the objectives,taking the coastal urban ecological environment construction as the centre,and taking the coastal urban protective forest protection,cultivation and expansion as the key point to give full play to the multifunction benefits of protective forests,set up the new mechanism of the natural calamity prevention and reduction of forests,and build the comprehensive protection system of coastal urban protective forests.
