| Abstract: | Development status and characteristics of forest competition in China has been reviewed. And the paper discusses form the choice of competition index,the determination of competition trees and the competition factors. Some problems existing still and insufficient places of this research have been analyzed,and suggestions for the future research directions in this area are provided. |
