河北地区鸡IBDV分离株VP2高变区的序列分析

摘    要:以河北地区不同鸡IBDV基因组RNA为模板。采用RT-PCR/Nested-PCR的方法,得到其VP2高变区的cDNA片段后进行测序,并将其序列与本实验室已测定的周边省市及文献已报道的IBDV毒株相应区域进行了比较。结果表明,河北地区与周边省市间的IBDV毒株同源性极高,与欧洲细胞毒株Cu1和P2间具有很高的同源性,而与美国变异株VariantE的亲缘关系相距较远。

Abstract:The VP2 variable regions of infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) from seven Chinese isolates were amplified by RT-PCR/nested-PCR,and directly sequenced.Sequencing and clustering analyses showed:There are very high pylogenesis between the viruses isolated from Hebei province and provinces around Hebei,and there are high pylogenesis between the virus isolated from Hebei province and cell virulent strains of Cu1 and P2 in Europe,but all the isolates of Hebei province are distinct from American Variant E.
