摘    要:以两个典型基因型番茄品系01(耐弱光)和04(不耐弱光)为试材,研究光强变动对番茄苗期形态特征、光合特性以及相关生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,光强变动条件下,叶绿素含量、净光合速率、Fv/Fm、PhiPSⅡ呈现波动式变化,但不同品系波动幅度不同,品系01波动幅度小于品系04;光强处理28d后,品系01恢复程度高于品系04。表明番茄弱光耐受性与光强变动条件下番茄生长发育的适应能力有关,耐弱光品系对光强变动的适应能力强,反之则弱。

Abstract:Effect of variable light intensity on morphological characteristic,photosynthetic characteristic and related physiological-biochemical index of tomato seedling were studied,which used two tomato strains 01(weak light tolerance ) and 04 (weak light sensitive) as materials.The result was as follows:The content of chlorophyll,Pn,Fv/Fm and PhiPSⅡ showed wavy changes,whose amplitude of variation was different under variable light intensity.Amplitude of variation of strain 01 was lower than strain 04.Recovery deg...
