摘    要:为探讨硬叶兜兰的适生环境和栽培技术,采用双因素(遮阴和施肥)裂区设计方法对野生的硬叶兜兰进行了温室栽培试验。结果表明:不同遮阴和施肥处理的叶长、叶宽差异显著,单层遮阴和施兰花营养液的植株长势最好,叶长、叶宽的均值最大;不同遮阴和施肥处理的硬叶兜兰的叶绿素含量差异不显著,但平均含量呈随遮阴强度增加而增加的变化趋势;单层遮阴和施兰花营养处理的叶绿素含量最高。结论:在温室栽培条件下,单层遮阴和施兰花营养液有利于植株的生长。

Abstract:The double-factor split block design was used in a cultivation experiment of P.micranthum in a greenhouse to study the effect of light and fertilization on growth of P.micranthum.The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf length and leaf width between different treatments.The growth vigor,chlorophyll content,average leaf length and leaf width of P.micranthum under single shade and applying orchid nutrition solution were the maximum.There was no significant difference in chlorophyll content between different treatments,but the average chlorophyll content increased with the increase of shading intensity.Conclusion: The cultivation condition of single shade and applying orchid nutrition solution is good for growth of P.micranthum in greenhouse.
