海藻对钉螺生长发育的影响

摘    要:目的]了解海藻对钉螺生长发育的影响,为开发利用钉螺食物资源提供理论依据。方法]将海藻制成易于钉螺取食的形状,与灭螺植物粉一起添加到钉螺食物中,观察钉螺的取食状况、停留时间及生长状况。结果]不同温度不同试验时间钉螺的成活率不同,温度越高钉螺的成活率越低;试验时间越短其成活率越高,即灭螺效果越低。结论]将海藻与灭螺植物粉一起添加到钉螺食物中,能够吸引钉螺的取食,从而提高灭螺效果。

Effects of Algae on Growth and Development of Oncomelania

Abstract:Objective] To study the effect of algae on growth and development of oncomelania and provide theoretical basis for the exploiting and utilizing food resources of oncomelania. Method] The algae was made to different shape and added into oncomelania diets together with molluscicidal plant powder. Then the feeding condition and growth of oncomelania were observed and analyzed. Result] The survival rate of oncomelania was different with different testing temperatures and times. And it is the higher testing temperature, the lower survival rate is; the shorter testing time is, the higher survival rate is. Conclusion] The algae has ability to attract oncomelania feeding, thereby it improves the molluscicidal effect when it is added into oncomelania diets together with molluscicidal plant powder.
