细纤度柞蚕基础品种“C”的选育

摘    要:利用杂交育种及系统选择的方法,育成具有细纤度特色的二化性柞蚕基础品种"C"。小区试验结果表明,该品种孵化齐一,蚕期眠起、作茧整齐,龄期短;千克卵茧层量41.59g,茧层率11.48%;茧丝长807.39m,解舒丝长438.12m,解舒率54.18%,茧丝纤度4.88D。新品种具有茧丝细、丝质较优的特点,适合缫制细纤度高品位生丝,可为柞蚕优质原料生产及其新品种选育提供新的种质资源。

Abstract:A bivoltine tussah variety "C" with fine size silk was bred using hybrid breeding and systematic selection. The test results showed that this variety revealed characteristics such as uniform in hatching, molting and cocooning, with a short instar. The kilogram cocoon layer weight was 41.59g, cocoon shell rate being 11.48% filament length being 807.39m, length of non broken filament 438.12m, reelability percentage 54.18%, fineness of 4.88D filament. The new variety can produce fine size silk with the best quality, and is suitable for reeling high standard fine size raw silk, providing new germplasm resources for high--quality raw material production and new variety breeding of tussah.
