| 摘 要： | 对西洋杜鹃进行了组培,比较了不同外植体的诱导效果,通过正交试验对不同的组培配方进行了讨论,分析不同因子对杜鹃组培苗增殖效果的影响。结果表明,采用新生茎段,使用配方为改良Read+2.0mg·L-1ZT+0.5mg·L-1NAA的培养基培养效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The research carried out tissue culture of Rhododendron hybridum to compare the inductions of different explants, discussed the different tissue culture formulas by orthogonal test method, and analyzed the effects of different factors on R.hybridum tissue culture proliferation results. The results showed that the new stem segments and the formula of the improved Read+ZT 2.0 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 culture medium could obtain the best results. |
