民族村寨旅游开发与文化保护的协同发展研究——以西江千户苗寨为例

通过实地调查与访谈相结合对西江苗寨的旅游开发给民族村寨带来影响进行研究。结果表明，其旅游开发层次较浅，未构建起民旅文化旅游商品产业体系，利益分配体制存不合理性；其民族文化形式与内涵等方面已经受严重负面影响。据研究结果提出：加强苗族文化保护，促进村寨观光旅游向文化体验休闲旅游转变；打造村寨民族文化旅游产品产业体系，构建苗族文化传承平台；加强物质文化景观保护措施，深入自然景观与民族文化融合的农耕文化开发；完善村寨景区利益分配与激励制度，积极拓展村民参与形式与途径，以及协同发展措施与建议。

Research on the Coordination Development of the Travel Exploitation and Culture Protection on Ethnic Community--Taking Xijiang Village with Thousand Miao Families for Example

In order to investigate the relationship between the tourism resources exploitation and ethnic cul- ture village, this paper is to study the Xijiang village in southeast states of Guizhou Province base on the field study and interview method. The results show that there＇, are exist in the development of leisure tour- ism superficial, not the formation of ethnic cultural commodity industry system, and benefit distribution system is not reasonable of some questions. Through the three aspects of the Xijiang village cultural land- scape and cultural customs, modern entertainment, Miao architecture and natural environment for the devel- opment of tourism resources, have a serious negative impact on the national customs form and connotation. According to the research results, the Miao culture mining, development, promote the transformation of sightseeing tourism to leisure tourism cultural experience; to build the industrial system of national prod- ucts, to establish the national cultural heritage platform; increase the visible ethnic cultural landscape pro- tection measures, strengthen the natural landscape and farming culture development of ethnic cultural fu- sion;perfect the interests distribution and incentive system villagers participation, actively expand the forms and ways, measures and suggestions.
