从山地户用沼气工程滞后看农村“政务信息沟”问题

江河源头所在的山地迫切需要普及户用沼气，但由于山地农户与其他农户之间的“政务信息沟”，这类地方的沼气普及率远低于其它地方。目前农户与干部之间的人际关系是“政务信息沟”的重要构成因素，而在山地农户中推广现代传媒则有助于避开人际关系实现“政务信息沟”的“合拢”。在山地农户中推广现代传媒，不仅要解决政府信息发布和农户信息接收等问题，还须中央主导、顶层设计，通过“三网合一、无线覆盖”解决信号这一瓶颈问题。。

An Exploration of the Gap in Information of Government Affairs Triggered by Popularization Lag of Methane Gas in Mountains

The popularization of methane gas in mountains with headwaters ,although it is urgently necessary, still lags behind other rural areas of china due to the gap in information of government affairs.One of the factors formed the gap in information of government affairs ：is the relationship between peasants and cadres and the popularization of modern media will be helpful for filling up the gap despite of the relationship.To popularize the modern media in mountains, not only have we to deal with the issuance and the reception of the information of government affairs, but also to promote the signal cover level by the measure of ＂three-nets mixture and wireless communication＂ of central government.
