| 摘 要： | 全球环境问题与危机的加剧，使生态安全作为与军事安全、国防安全、粮食安全等传统安全不同的一种非传统性越来越受到世界各国的广泛关注。生态修复不仅是一个经济的概念，而且在生态环境恢复与重建中是一个综合性的概念，涵盖了生态恢复学、生态经济学、农业经济学、土壤学、及水土保持学和土壤侵蚀学等多个领域，按照国家制订的“十一五”发展计划之要求，运用系统科学的基本原理，分析了西部地区生态修复中的主要限制因子，探讨了生态修复的重要性和必要性，合理的筛选了生态修复中的评价指标。

| Abstract: | Global environment and crisis make the ecological security get more attention from the world, not like traditional security such as military, national defense,and food security, ecological recovery is not only an economic notion, but also a comprehensive one. It covers many fields,ecological rehabilitation,ecological econonmy,agricultural economy,soil science ,soil and water conservation and soil erosion. According to the requirement of the national Eleventh-Five Year Plan, the main restricted factors in ecological recovery in western area are analyzed and the importance and necessity of ecological recovery is discussed ,and the evaluation index in ecological recovery are selected by using scientific principle. |
