宝天曼自然保护区栎类群落细根生物量的研究

摘    要:通过土柱取样法对宝天曼国家自然保护区4种栎类群落细根生物量及其垂直分布进行了研究.研究结果表明,不同栎类群落细根生物量差异明显,锐齿栎林细根生物量最高(4.657 t·hm-2)、其次为短柄袍林(4.450t·hm-2)、栓皮栎林(4.421 t·hm-2)和茅栗林(4.351 t·hm-2).从不同土壤层次中细根所占的比例看,栎类群落细根总生物量的60%左右分布在0~10 cm土层,85%以上分布在0~20 cm土层.随着土层深度的增加而减少,分析0~x cm土层细根生物量.回归分析表明负指数模型和双曲线模型效果较好.

Abstract:This paper studied the fine root biomass of four main Quercus communities in Baotianman National Nature Reserve with the soil column method.The results showed that the biomass of fine root in the different Quercus communities was obviously different.Fine root biomass of Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata forest was the highest(4.657 t·hm-2), and next came Quercus glanclulifera var.brevipetiolata forest (4.450 t·hm-2) , Queicus variabilis forest(4.421 t·hm-2) and Castanea seguinii forest(4.351 t·hm-2).The percentage of fine root biomass of different layers showed that fine root biomass in 0 ~10 cm soil was nearly 60 % of the total fine root biomass, and over 85 % of fine roots distributed within 0 ~ 20 cm of soil surface, which varied slightly among different communities.In order to estimate the fine root biomass in the soil layer of 0 ~ x cm, some 4 regression models were established for the estimation, of which the negative exponential and hyperbolic models gave better results.
