| 摘 要： | 绵羊支气管动脉具有管径很细、呈线型分布、分布距离远、分布位置广等特点,再加目前使用的铸型剂塑料材料的柔韧性差,支气管动脉的单独铸型标本难以显现血管的立体结构和分布.为了选择一种能较好表现支气管动脉立体分支分布情况的支架,分别选用肺动脉、肺静脉、支气管树与支气管动脉进行了联合灌注试验.结果表明,肺动脉是一种比较理想的支气管动脉的支架,对制作绵羊支气管动脉的立体铸型标本具有较高的应用价值. |

| Abstract: | In order to obtain the corrosion casts of the bronchial arteries in sheep,the pulmonary arteries,veins and bronchi of sheep were selected to be perfused together with the bronchial arteries.The results showed that the pulmonary arteries was suitable as the support frame of the bronchial arteries and the perfect corrosion casts of the bronchial arteries could be made by using this kind of method. |
