| 摘 要： | 阐述了国有林区小康社会指标体系设计的原则和思路,结合国有林区的实际构建了具体的评价指标体系,包括A、B、C三级指标,分为社会结构、经济与科技发展、人口素质、生活质量与环保、法制与治安、林业与民意六个大类共50个指标。对指标体系的特点进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The paper illustrates the principle and idea on designing the affluent society index system of public forest zone, and, on the basis of the practice in such area, sets up a 3-layer index system. In addition, the paper also analyzes the system from the aspects of society constructure, economic and scientific development, population quality, living standards, environmental protection, legal institution, public security, forestry and public will. |
