多效唑对芒果花序生长和发育的影响

摘    要:本文研究了不同浓度的多效唑(0、50、100、200、500,ppm)对紫花芒(Mangifera indicaL.cv:Zihua)花序生长发育的影响。结果表明:早处理(TrA)对花序生长没有影响;迟处理(TrC)能推迟盛花期,其中200和500ppm处理还能显著抑制花序生长和减少雄花数;两次处理(TrB)均极显著缩短花序长度,还减少雄花数,推迟盛花期,但对两性花数量影响不大。

Abstract:Effect of paclobutrazol on growth and development of mango panicle using foliar spray has been studied. Paclobutrazol had no effect on growth of panicle in early treatment; retarded flowering time and reduced number of male flower and length of panicle in late treatment (only 200 and 500 ppm); and significantly reduced number of male flower and length of panicle, but had no effect on number of complete flower in two times treatment.
