| Abstract: | Establishing and perfecting the public finance system is an important link in China's economic system reformation. Further,to ensure the China's forestry stand independent status in the public budgets, the paper based on the public finance theory, against the disadvantages in the existing forestry financial system, initially, has constructed a framework of the forestry public finance system in China. |
