春柞蚕不同品种中、后部丝腺细胞数目及谷丙转氨酶活性的测定分析

摘    要:采用醋酸地衣红染色法测定了3个春柞蚕品种的丝腺细胞数,以三里丝最多,C蚕次之,青六最少。通过比色法测定各品种丝腺细胞中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性,也是三里丝的酶活性高于C蚕,C蚕高于青六;同一品种中则是雄要的酶活性高于雌蚕。

Abstract:The number of cells of silk glands from 3 spring tussah races was tested and the results showed that the number of cells of the Sanlisi race is the highest, and the next is C race, the lowest is Qingliu. The order from high to low of GPT activity in silk glands of 3 races is Sanlisi, C and Qingliu, while the activity in the male lavae is higher than that in the female larvae.
