| 摘 要： | 通过对宁夏农业综合开发土地治理项目建后管护存在的问题、原因及建后管护的主要模式和经验的调查分析,认为宁夏农业综合开发项目建后管护应以乡镇和村委会管护为主,同时也应有农民用水协会和农户承包等管护模式.加强农业综合开发项目建后管护工作的关键在于落实管护资金和加强对工程的监控.

| Abstract: | According to the investigation and analysis of existing problems,causes and the main patterns and experiences of agricultural comprehensive development projects in Ningxia,township governments and village committees should play main roles in the post-construction maintenance of the projects.Farmer's association for water utilization and farmer contractors could also take part in the post-construction maintenance of the projects.The key for strengthening the post-construction maintenance of agricultural comprehensive development projects was to ascertain the maintenance funds and to strengthen the monitor and control of the projects. |
