阻燃型加热服的研究

摘    要:通过试验优选出阻燃、加热材料,并设计出相关的控制电路,从而加工完成适合在寒冷防火期中配备的阻燃型加热服。经测试,该阻燃加热服各项指标符合设计使用标准,指标如下:①氧指数:≥28;②首次加热时间:12min,连续工作加热时间:1min左右;③温控范围:25—30℃;④供电蓄电池:6V、4Ah;⑤供电电池组与控制器重量:〈1kg;⑥充电时间:4~5h;⑦阻燃加热服总重量:≤2kg。

Research of Fireproof Heating Clothing

Abstract:The experiment had been chosed a suitable fireproof heating material and designed related control circuit in this paper. And then the fireproof heating clothing was finished which was 'suited to fire officers wearing in the cold period. The development of fireproof heating clothing was finished and the basic parameters come up to the standards.①Oxygen Index≥28; ②The first heating time was 12min. The heating time was 1min or so if the clothing was working; ③Temperature range: 25 -30℃ ;④ Batteries-powered: 6V. 4Ah; ⑤The weights of power batteries and controller 〈 1000g;⑥Charging time : 4 - 5h; ⑦Total weight of clothing ≤2kg.
