摘    要:研究硝态氮和铵态氮配施条件下烤烟的光合作用及碳水化合物代谢的影响。试验结果表明:在同一施氮水平下,在烤烟大田不同生长发育期随着硝态氮施用比例增加烟株的光合速率呈增强趋势,在移栽第60d后,各处理的总叶绿素均达最大值,此时处理T3总叶绿素含量最高;硝态氮比例达75%以上时烟株大田生育期淀粉含量变化呈明显的双峰曲线。

Abstract:The experiment has studied the influence of different nitrogen forms [nitrate-nitrogen(NO-3N)/ammonium-nitrogen(NH-4N)] and proportions on photosynthetic and carbohydrate metabolism of flue-cured tobacco.The results show that the photosynthetic rate was enhanced as the nitrate-nitrogen application quantity increased under the same total nitrogen application level.60d days after transplanting ,the total chlorophyll of all treatments reached at the highest level,among them the treatment 3 was the highest.The ...
