摘    要:通过在菜心上喷施不同浓度光合菌剂的试验研究,筛选适合高产优质蔬菜生长的最佳施用浓度。结果表明:光合菌剂50~150倍液有极显著的增产效果,以100倍液的增产效果最好,商品产量增产率达10.2%,生物产量增产率达19.4%;光合菌剂具有显著提高菜心地上部氮、磷、钾吸收的效果,其中以100倍液的效果最好,吸收量增长率分别为N 27.1%、P2O530.2%、K2O33.6%;喷施光合细菌100倍液具有提高菜心品质的效果,维生素C和可溶糖含量增加15.5%和17.7%,菜心硝酸盐含量降低7.85%。

Abstract:The research aimed to study the effects of photosynthetic bacteria agent(PBA) on flowering Chinese cabbage.Different concentrations of PBA were sprayed on the growth of flowering Chinese cabbage leaf 3~4,leaf 6~8 and bolting.The results showed that the application of PBA could increase yield,nutrient absorption and quality of flowering Chinese cabbage.Sample treated with 100 times dilution had the best yield(19.4% increase),and the absorption rate of N,P2O5 and K2O were enhanced by 27.1%,30.2%,33.6% respectively compared with control.Sample of 100 times dilution has the highest Vitamin C and soluble sugar content,with 15.5% and 17.7% increase compared with control.It also has the lowest nitrate content,with 7.85% decrease compared with control.
