| 摘 要： | 文章选取贵州省3个地区的3个村镇为调查研究对象,分析了贵州省退耕还林对农民利益的影响,从实证的角度阐明了农村和农民在退耕还林的持续开展和成效巩固中的关键地位,在此基础上提出了相关的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the infections from Grain to Green Program to benefit of the farmers in three areas in Guizhou province have been analyzed, which shows farmers' key role in the sustainable development and effect consolidation of Grain to Green Progran. At the end of the paper, the related suggestions have been put foreword. |
