外源NO对辣椒种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以硝普钠(SNP)为外源NO供体,研究NO对辣椒种子萌发的影响。结果表明:硝普钠对辣椒种子萌发的影响为低浓度时有促进作用,高浓度时抑制。3个品种中,硝普钠对洛椒新五号的促进作用最大,124牛角椒次之,改良牛角椒最低。NO对辣椒种子萌发的影响在0.3~0.5 mmol/L时最大。

Abstract:Experiment with sodium nitrate(SNP)for exogenous NO donor,the effect of NO on seed germination of pepper was studied.The results showed that SNP could promote seed germination at low concentration,while could inhibit seed germination at high concentration.Among the three pepper varieties,the effect on new NO.5 Luojiao was the largest,124 horns pepper followed,and the last was improved horns pepper.When the concentration was 0.3~0.5 mmol/L,the effects of NO on seed germination of pepper were the largest.
