氟苯尼考长效制剂对鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效试验

用试管二倍稀释法测定了氟苯尼考与丁胺卡那霉素对大肠杆菌质控菌株ATCC25922,菌株K88、HD1047和临床分离的36株大肠杆菌的体外抗菌活性,进行了鸡大肠杆菌病的临床疗效试验.结果质控菌株和K88、HD1047株对氟苯尼考均敏感,36株临床分离菌株对氟苯尼考的敏感率为96.2%.在临床疗效试验中,氟苯尼考长效口服液和注射剂组的死亡率低于感染对照组和丁胺卡那霉素对照组(P《0.01),治愈率及有效率高于感染对照组和丁胺卡那霉素对照组(P《0.01),表明氟苯尼考长效制剂对鸡大肠杆菌病的治疗有很好的疗效并有较好的应用前景.

Evaluation of the therapeutic efficiency of florfenicol long-acting oral solution and injection to E.coli on chickens

Evaluation of the therapeutic efficiency of florfenicol was done by their antibacterial activity in vitro with three strains of E. coli ATCC25922, K_(88), HD_(1047) and 36 strains of E. coli isolated from clinical, and compared with amikacin. The former 3 strains were all sensitive to florfenicol and the sensitive rate of 36 field-isolated strains was 96.2%. The experiments in vivo showed that the death rates of chickens in florfenicol long-acting oral solution and injection groups were lower than those of the control group and amikacin group (P<0.01) , the cure rate and available rate were higher than those of the control group and amikacin group obviously ( P<0.01) . The results indicated that florfenicol long-acting oral solution and injection had a good curative effect on avian (colibacillosis) and would have a good future in the application.
