摘    要:以之豇28为对照,分析了航豇2果实中可溶性糖含量和转化酶活性的变化及其联系。结果表明,航豇2嫩荚中蔗糖含量明显高于对照,但可溶性酸性转化酶(SAI)和细胞壁结合酸性转化酶(CBAI)活性较低,且SAI活性与蔗糖含量呈明显负相关。

Abstract:With Zhijiang 28 as CK,the changes of soluble sugar content and invertase activity and their connection in fruits of Hangjiang2 were analyzed.The results showed that the soluble sugar content in tender pod of Hangjiang2 was obviously higher than that of CK.The activities of SAI and CBAI in fruits of cowpea were lower,and the soluble sugar content had significant negative correlation with SAI activity.
