温室香椿芽无土栽培技术

摘    要:香椿芽是一种新兴蔬菜,是利用香椿萌发出的种芽代替传统的树芽,生长期短,产量高,可分批播种,陆续上市。产品清洁,风味独特,利用温室进行香椿芽无土生产是一项值得推广的绿色芽菜生产技术。本文从品种选择、催芽、播种、播后管理、采收等几个方面介绍了其栽培过程。

Soilless Cultivation Technology of Chinese Toon Sprout in Greenhouse

Abstract:Chinese Toon Sprout is a new kind of vegetable,which is directly sprouted by the seed bud of Chinese Toon Sprout,instead of traditional trees bud.With the short growth phase,high yield,Chinese Toon sprout can be seeded in bathes and continuously put into market.The production technology of soifless Chinese toon sprout,which make it obtain the characters of cleanlines and unique flavor,is worth widely developed.This thesis will introduce the cultivation process from species selection,germinatiun,sowing,management 'after sprouting,sowing harvesting and other aspects.
