利用菌糠生产有机肥的可行性分析

目的]研究利用菌糠生产有机肥的可行性。方法]菌糠样品采自沈阳市周边5个区域,参照NY525-2002有机肥料的标准,对5份菌糠样品进行外观、有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、水分、pH值、总汞、总砷、总铅、总镉、总铬12项指标的测定与评价,同时增加了细菌总数和霉菌总数2个检测参数。结果]金针菇菌糠和冬虫夏草菌糠的有机质、全氮和全钾等12项指标完全符合有机肥料标准要求,但所增加检测的细菌和霉菌种类和总数偏高;平菇和香菇菌糠养分含量虽低于有机肥料标准要求,但经与鸡粪3∶2混合堆置发酵后,其12项指标均符合有机肥料标准要求。结论]利用沈阳周边地区的菌糠（栽培平菇、香菇、金针菇和冬虫夏草的菌糠）生产有机肥料是完全可行的。
