摘    要:
[目的]为沙棘种苗的培育提供技术支撑。[方法]沙棘种子消毒后用50 mg/L的GGR6浸泡18 h,以无GGR6的处理为对照,进行室内发芽试验,记录发芽情况;以无GGR6的处理为对照,沙棘种子消毒后用50 mg/L的GGR6浸泡24 h,催芽4-5 d后播种在苗圃中,秋季落叶后测定种苗的密度和生长量。[结果]用GGR6处理的种子,室内萌发时间提前3 d,发芽高峰提前7 d,发芽率比对照提高了17个百分点,为96%。室外试验表明,GGR6处理后,种苗密度为395株/m^2,比对照提高了59.3%。种苗的年生长量大于对照,株高和地径分别为18.70、0.34 cm,而对照分别为13.40和0.25 cm。[结论]50 mg/L的GGR6处理可以提高沙棘种苗的发芽率、成苗率和生长量。

Abstract:
[Objective] The aim was to provide the technical support for seedling cultivation of sea buckthorns.[Method] The sea buckthorns seeds were soaked in 50 mg/L GGR6 for 18 h after they were disinfected,with the treatment without GGR6 as CK,the indoor germination test was done and the germination status was recorded.With the treatment without GGR6 as CK,the sea buckthorns seeds were soaked in 50 mg/L GGR6 for 24 h after they were disinfected.And then the seeds were sowed in the nursery after accelerating germin...
