| 摘 要： | [目的]为沙棘种苗的培育提供技术支撑。[方法]沙棘种子消毒后用50 mg/L的GGR6浸泡18 h,以无GGR6的处理为对照,进行室内发芽试验,记录发芽情况;以无GGR6的处理为对照,沙棘种子消毒后用50 mg/L的GGR6浸泡24 h,催芽4-5 d后播种在苗圃中,秋季落叶后测定种苗的密度和生长量。[结果]用GGR6处理的种子,室内萌发时间提前3 d,发芽高峰提前7 d,发芽率比对照提高了17个百分点,为96%。室外试验表明,GGR6处理后,种苗密度为395株/m^2,比对照提高了59.3%。种苗的年生长量大于对照,株高和地径分别为18.70、0.34 cm,而对照分别为13.40和0.25 cm。[结论]50 mg/L的GGR6处理可以提高沙棘种苗的发芽率、成苗率和生长量。 |
