| 摘 要： | 根据黑龙江流域黑河江段的概况,在构建指标体系基本原则的基础上,建立了黑龙江流域黑河江段的水资源承载能力指标体系(包括3层结构和15个指标)。在充分考虑到流域的基本特点和各种方法的利弊后,用层次分析法和数理统计方法相结合的状态趋势建立评价模型,对该地区的水资源承载能力进行综合评价和综合分析。最后,提出了提高水资源承载能力的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | According to the general conditions of Heilong River Valley in Heihe,and based on establishing the principle of indication system,this paper builds up indication system of water resources carrying capacity(WRCC) along Heilong River Valley in Heihe,including three hypo-layers' structure and fifteen indications.Considering the advantages of methods and characteristcs of this valley,synthetic model,which is a combination of the statistics and the analysis of hypo-layer principium is put forward.It evaluates and analyzes synthetically WRCC of the Valley in Heihe.At last,some countermeasures and advices on the promption of the WRCC of Heilong River Valley are suggested. |
