| 摘 要： | 研究了6个烟草品种(中烟98、中烟99、中烟100、心叶烟、NC89、K326)的叶片和根系中的辅酶Q10含量.结果表明:在烟草幼苗叶片中,以中烟98辅酶Q10含量最高,NC89 次之,心叶烟最低;在烟草幼苗根系中,以中烟99辅酶Q10含量最高,NC89和心叶烟次之,K326最低;中烟99、中烟100、K326、NC89、心叶烟等5个品种的根系辅酶Q10 含量均明显高于其叶片中辅酶Q10的含量.

| Abstract: | Coenzyme Q_(10) content of leaves and roots of six tobacco varieties seedlings were studied.The results showed that the Coenzyme Q_(10) content of tobacco leaves was highest in ZhongYan98,moderate in NC89,and lowest in Xinye Yan.The Coenzyme Q_(10) content of tobacco roots was highest in ZhongYan99,moderate in NC89 and XinyeYan,and lowest in K326.The Coenzyme Q_(10) content of roots was higher than leaves in ZhongYan99,ZhongYan100,K326,NC89 and XinyeYan. |
