柴油机噪声源识别的研究

摘    要:通过振动速度测量和声强测量相结合的方法对某柴油机进行了表面噪声源识别的研究。首先通过试验测量了柴油机各主要噪声辐射部件的表面振动 ,并通过合理的简化确定了辐射比 ,然后利用测量得到的表面振动速度计算了各部件辐射声功率和柴油机整机声功率 ,整机声功率计算结果和实际测量结果吻合较好 ,说明柴油机表面振动速度测量技术能够较好地用于噪声源识别的研究。

Study on engine acoustic source identification
Abstract:An experimental study on engine acoustic source identification by the method of acoustic intensity measurement technique and surface vibration measurement technique was carried out in this paper. Firstly, the vibration of the various components of the engine was obtained through experiments. Via the mean square area average vibration the sound power levels of various components and the overall sound power level of the engine were computed. The prediction of overall sound power level agrees well with the experiment. It was shown that surface vibration measurement technique could be used to identify predominant engine noise sources.
