| 摘 要： | 花梗是麝香百合地上部诱导愈伤组织的最适器官。其不定芽分化的最佳培养基配方为MS BA2 NAA0.1；增殖培养基以MS BA0.3为宜。繁殖系数达5.1，芽苗生长势强。 |

| Abstract: | Plant of lilium longiflorum Thunb was cultured in vitro in this study. The results show that the flower stalk is the best tissue organ inducted to callus,and the medium MS supplemented with 2mg/L BA and 0 1mg/L NAA was befitting for buds induction. In addition, the medium MS containing 0 3mg/L BA was used in subculture. |
