几种伞形科蔬菜浸出液对白灵菇生长的影响

摘    要:从菌丝的生长速度和生长势等方面,探讨了伞形科蔬菜小茴香、胡萝卜、芫荽浸出液对白灵菇菌株———K3种菌丝生长发育的影响。结果表明:一定浓度的伞形科蔬菜浸出液对白灵菇菌丝的生长有促进作用,其中小茴香、胡萝卜、芫荽浓度分别为203、001、00 g/L时对白灵菇K3生长促进作用最好。

Abstract:The effect of the maceration extraction from vegetable in umbelliferae family on the growth and development of Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi hypha was studied.The results showed that three kinds of vegetable in appropriate density can all promote the growth and development of Pleurotus ferulae lanzi hypha.The appropriate densities of the maceration extraction of Foeniculum vulgare MILL.,Daucus carota var.sativa DC,and Coriandrum sativum L.promoted the growth and development of Pleurotus ferulae lanzi hypha,which were 20 g/L,300 g/L and 100 g/L,respectively.
