| 摘 要： | 在分析了图书馆参与构建公共文化服务体系的必要性,并着重探讨了如何分别针对普通市民、农村居民、及社会弱势群体开展公益文化服务的具体措施,并提出图书馆应该加强与各类文化机构协作,共同构建社会公共文化服务体系。
