基于生态足迹的渭南市可持续发展研究

利用生态足迹方法对陕西省渭南市2000～2004年的可持续发展状况进行了定量研究.结果表明该市的人均生态足迹由2000年的1.818 0 hm2增加到2004年的2.377 1 hm2,而同期的人均生态承栽力却由0.5212 hm2降低到0.5011 hm2,人均生态赤字则由1.296 9 hm2增长到1.876 1 hm2.高额的生态赤字反映出渭南市人口对自然资源的利用已超出了生态承载力范围.生态赤字的快速增长则反映出该市人地矛盾不断加剧的发展态势,该市的发展模式是不可持续的,生态环境处于不安全状态.

A Study on Sustainable Development of Weinan City Based on Ecological Footprint

Through the method of ecological footprint,the sustainable development of Weinan City in Shaanxi Prov- ince was studied from 2000 to 2004.The results showed that the ecological footprint per capita increased from 1.818 0 hm~2 to 2.377 1 hm~2,whereas,the biological capacity per capita decreased from 0.521 2 hm~2 to 0.5011 hm~2 at the same period,which made the ecological deficit per capita increased quickly from 1.296 9 hm~2 to 1.876 1 hm~2.The results indicated that the natural resource utilization of Weinan City was beyond the capacity of the nat- ural ecological system largely,the conflicts between ecological footprint and biological capacity were aggravated, the present developing model is not sustainable,the ecological environment security is at risk.
