居延海生态渔业发展与环境保护对策

居延海具有非常丰富的景观资源和厚重的历史文化资源，为开发生态观光旅游提供了得天独厚的条件，潜力巨大。居延海地区的生态环境非常脆弱，地理位置偏僻，不适宜目前常规的渔业生产方式。提出了在西居延海按照大水域生态修复渔业开发模式发展生态渔业；在东居延海按照“淡水牧场”开发模式发展生态渔业；在居延海建设环境保护教育基地。在充分保护自然生态环境、维持生境稳定的前提下，大力发展生态观光旅游，采用触景生情的办法提高人们的环境保护意识，依靠生态观光旅游的强劲需求拉动渔业发展。部分旅游收入用于环境保护和生态修复，形成良性循环，逐步实现旅游和生态渔业反哺自然，达到旅游、渔业发展和环境保护协调可持续的目的。
