摘    要:学生干部作为学生自我教育、自我管理和自我服务等培养目标的重要环节,同时还担当着辅导员联系学生的桥梁和纽带。因此选拔和培养学生干部成为了高校辅导员工作中的主要内容。用本文尝试将平衡计分卡引入学生培养模式评价体系中,尽可能地根据辅导员岗位工作的特殊性,构建一套科学合理、行之有效的辅导员培养学生评价体系,以便更好地发挥高校培养人才的职能。

Abstract:As an important part of students' cultivating targets like self-education, self-management and self-service, student cadre also served as a bridge and link between students counselors. Therefore, the selection and training of student cadres have become the main work content of college counselors. With the introduction of Balanced Scorecard in the evaluation system of student training mode, considering the particularity of counselors' work, this paper constructed a scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation system of student training for counselors to better play the role of training talents in college.
