摘    要:为了选择适于甜瓜叶色黄化突变体生长的光照强度,以甜瓜叶色黄化突变体为试材,野生型甜瓜为对照,研究不同光照强度对突变体苗期叶绿素含量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质以及抗氧化酶等的影响。结果表明:甜瓜突变体在轻度遮光(90%光照)条件下,叶绿素的含量最多,而全光照及中度以上遮光都会影响叶绿素的积累;突变体和野生型中可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质在全光照和轻度遮光下的含量随着时间的变化均有所增加,而中度以上遮光会抑制其积累;在不同光照强度下,突变体超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性与野生型相比差异显著,突变体抗氧化酶的活性增强,并且突变体在不同的生长时期抗氧化酶的活性显著不同。试验结果显示轻度遮光是甜瓜叶片黄化突变体最适生长的光照条件。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to screen suitable illumination intensity for yellow leaves melon mutant growth, the variation of chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme activities in yellow leaves melon mutant were studied with the wild type as the control. The results showed that the melon mutant had the highest amount of chlorophyll under slight shading (90% full light), while full light, moderate shading and heavy shading inhibited the accumulation of chlorophyll in mutant. The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein all increased over time in mutant and wild type under full light and slight shading, while it showed a signifi cant decline under moderate and heavy shading. Activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in mutant were signifi cantly different from wild type under different illumination intensities. The antioxidant enzyme activities in mutant were higher than that in wild type and activities of these antioxidant enzymes at different growth stages of mutant were also different. The comprehensive test results showed that slight shading was more suitable for growth and development of the mutant.
