垫江县榨菜(茎瘤芥)产业发展现状及对策建议

通过客观分析垫江县榨菜产业发展现状,针对榨菜加工能力不足、产品附加值较低,加工工艺落后、环境保护压力增大的现实问题,以及科技转化能力弱、产品质量安全存在隐患、产业组织化程度不高等制约因素,提出了推行订单生产、加强技术培训及推广、扶持加工企业、开展电商销售、探索互利共赢发展模式的对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the objective analysis of the development status of mustard industry in Dianjiang county, in view of the practical problems of insufficient processing capacity, low added value of products, backward processing technology and increasing pressure of environmental protection, as well as the constraints of weak scientific and technological transformation capacity, hidden dangers of product quality and safety, the low degree of industrial organization and so on, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, which contained the implementation of order production, strengthening technological training, promoting and supporting processing enterprises, developing e-commerce sales, exploring win-win development mode of mutual benefit.
